We are looking for a Fashion Operations Associate to support day-to-day brand operations across customer service, inventory, sourcing, and launches.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with end-to-end exposure—from vendor coordination and shoot support to packaging, QC, and smooth dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and returns via email/DMs

• Track inventory, assist with restocking, packaging, and dispatch

• Support fabric/trim sourcing, sampling, and vendor communication

• Prepare/organise product info: measurements, descriptions, and assets

• Conduct QC checks and support timely product launches

Requirements

• Graduate with 1–3 years of relevant experience in fashion

• Strong organisational and communication skills; detail-oriented

• Basic knowledge/interest in fabrics, styling, and sourcing

• Comfortable with Google Sheets and structured workflows

• Professional email etiquette and reliable follow-through
