We are looking for a Fashion Operations Associate to support day-to-day brand operations across customer service, inventory, sourcing, and launches.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with end-to-end exposurefrom vendor coordination and shoot support to packaging, QC, and smooth dispatch.

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries, exchanges, and returns via email/DMs

Track inventory, assist with restocking, packaging, and dispatch

Support fabric/trim sourcing, sampling, and vendor communication

Prepare/organise product info: measurements, descriptions, and assets

Conduct QC checks and support timely product launches

Requirements

Graduate with 13 years of relevant experience (fashion/retail/operations)

Strong organisational and communication skills; detail-oriented

Basic knowledge/interest in fabrics, styling, and sourcing

Comfortable with Google Sheets and structured workflows

Professional email etiquette and reliable follow-through
