B2B Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding:

  Lead onboarding for new B2B partners.

• Account Management:

  Build strong relationships with a portfolio of partners, ensuring they are fully engaged and maximizing platform value.

• Performance Optimization:

  Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and engagement outcomes.

• Support & Troubleshooting:

  Act as the voice of the customer, resolve issues promptly while coordinating with product, marketing, and support teams.

• Training & Enablement:

  Conduct demos, training sessions, and regular check-ins to help partners understand new tools, features, or trends.

• Retention & Growth:

  Monitor usage and satisfaction, proactively address churn risk, and identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities.

• Feedback Loop:

  Gather feedback from clients and relay it to internal teams to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B customer success, partner management, or account management, preferably in travel, SaaS, or marketplace businesses.
• Passion for the travel industry, especially the

  family travel space

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
• Comfort using CRM tools.
• Ability to analyze partner performance and tell a compelling story using data.
• Proactive, empathetic, and results-oriented mindset.
