We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Partnership Consultant to help us expand our network of high-quality family travel publishers worldwide. About the Role: As a Partnership Consultant, your mission is to identify, engage, and negotiate with family travel content publishers (blogs, media sites, influencers, newsletters, and community admins) to run marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients. You’ll be responsible for securing visibility for client experiences through strategic content placements, brand mentions, and long-term collaborations. This is a full-time role. Key Responsibilities: Identify & Vet Partners: research and source relevant family travel publishers with high engagement and audience fit. Outreach & Relationship Building: initiate contact with prospective partners, communicate value propositions, and build strong working relationships. Negotiate Pricing & Terms: negotiate cost-effective rates for sponsored posts, content bundles, newsletter inclusions, and long-term collaborations. Coordinate Campaign Launches: work with internal teams to align publisher campaigns with client goals and timelines. Maintain a Partnership Database: keep an organized log of all publisher relationships, pricing, and deal structures. You will act as a consultant, engaging with leads and converting them into paying customers. This is a full time position, and include a base salary range $500/month-$600/month and commissions from the closed deals.
