Hiring for Special Projects Officer Family Office Reporting To: VP People & Operations Department: Family Office Company Name: Takshil Financial Services Role Overview: The Special Projects Officer will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, improving data-driven decision-making, and enhancing operational efficiency within the Family Office. This role involves creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), establishing and managing Management Information System (MIS) reports, developing dashboards, coordinating data collection from various departments, and driving special automation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision. Key Responsibilities & Tasks : SOP Development & Process Optimization: Design, document, and implement SOPs for various functions within the Family Office. Work closely with different departments to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency. Ensure compliance with best practices and internal guidelines. 2. MIS Reporting & Data Management: Develop and maintain MIS reports to track key performance metrics across various domains. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic decision-making. Ensure timely submission of MIS reports from different departments. 3. Dashboard Creation & Data Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards for real-time monitoring of financial and operational data. Leverage tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present insights in a structured manner. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis. 4. Automation & Technology Integration: Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation within the Family Office. Work on automation projects to enhance efficiency in financial reporting, documentation, and compliance. Collaborate with IT teams or external vendors to implement technology solutions. 5. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth data flow and consistency in reporting. Facilitate the integration of different business functions to drive operational excellence. Address bottlenecks and implement solutions for seamless execution of processes. 6. Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives: Lead and manage special projects as assigned by senior leadership. Conduct research, feasibility studies, and benchmarking to support key initiatives. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics. Qualifications & Experience: Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in MIS reporting, process automation, data analytics, or operational excellence roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools. Experience in creating SOPs and managing cross-functional projects. Exposure to automation tools and ERP/CRM systems is a plus. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
