About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with
corporates, institutions, and treasury teams
for investment opportunities.
Market and distribute
fixed income instruments
including:

Bonds (Corporate / PSU)
Government Securities (G-Secs)
Treasury Bills
Commercial Papers (CPs)
Other approved debt and structured products

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with
CFOs, Treasury Heads, and Fund Managers
.
Achieve investment mobilization targets through proactive client coverage and deal execution.
Stay updated on
market trends, yield movements, and regulatory developments (RBI/SEBI)
.
Coordinate with internal teams for product approvals, compliance, and documentation.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:
4–15 years in
Fixed Income / Treasury / Institutional Sales
.
Existing
network with corporate treasuries, PF trusts, and institutional investors
is a must.
Strong knowledge of
debt markets, credit products, yield curves, and risk management
.
Proven track record of
investment product placements
or fund mobilization.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in an individual contributor setup.

Educational Qualification:

MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA / Graduate with strong financial market exposure.
NISM or relevant certifications preferred (depending on product line).
