Role & responsibilities

The Family Office Executive (or Director) oversees the strategic, financial, and operational management of the family office. This role ensures that the familys wealth, investments, businesses, and personal affairs are managed efficiently, confidentially, and in alignment with the familys long-term goals and values. The position requires a balance of financial acumen, governance, discretion, and interpersonal skill.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a person who will oversee the financial management and investment operations of the family office. The role includes handling equity portfolios, ensuring proper management of family/promoters' files, overseeing tax compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records. The candidate must demonstrate sound knowledge of investment strategies, taxation laws, and financial reporting and planning. Proven experience working with high-net-worth individuals and family offices in a wealth management. The candidate also needs to handle investment portfolio of the promoters and understanding of various options available in market like Mutual Funds (Debt, Equity, Hybrid), Private equity, Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Structure Products, Direct Equity and Portfolio Management Services (PMS). Also, presentation of MIS and regular review direct to the MD and other Promotor members along with advisors.

• CA Preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in wealth management, investment, or senior finance roles (preferably within a family office, private bank, or investment firm).
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of multi-asset investing, tax planning, trusts, and estate structures.
• High integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
