Family Office

As an experienced Accountant in the Family Office and related entities, your role will involve maintaining accurate books of accounts for various entities such as investments, real estate, trusts, etc. You will be responsible for recording and reconciling all financial transactions, including investments, loans, and inter-entity transfers. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and investment summaries. - Support in the preparation of consolidated family net-worth statements. - Assist in preparing MIS dashboards for the Promoter/Head of Family Office. In the domain of Compliance & Audit, you will ensure statutory compliance for GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other filings in coordination with external consultants. Additionally, you will liaise with auditors, bankers, and legal/tax advisors while maintaining documentation for all statutory and investment-related records. For Treasury & Investment Accounting, you will be required to track investments across various asset classes, maintain detailed investment ledgers, maturity schedules, and yield tracking. Furthermore, supporting the evaluation of performance and returns from different asset classes will be a part of your responsibilities. In the context of Systems & Controls, you will assist in setting up accounting systems such as Tally, Zoho Books, or other ERPs, along with internal control processes. Implementation of document management and approval workflows for expenses and investments will also fall under your purview. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Qualified CA. - Experience: 10 years in accounting; exposure to investment accounting or multi-entity books preferred. Skills: - Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / Excel. - Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. - Ability to handle confidential financial data with discretion.,
