Utkarsh Classes & Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is an educational platform dedicated to providing courses and resources for students aiming for various competitive exams since 2002. We offer structured learning programs catering to students from grades 6th to 12th, aligned with CBSE and other State Boards, as well as preparation for exams like IAS, RAS, SSC, Banking, REET, NEET, IIT-JEE, Defence, CUET, Nursing, and CLAT. Our goal is to simplify the exam preparation process through step-by-step guidance and practical learning materials, combining accessible teaching methods with relevant resources to support learners in achieving their objectives.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Faculty member. The Faculty member will be responsible for creating and delivering course content, conducting online classes, providing guidance and support to students, preparing exam preparation materials, and evaluating student performance. The Faculty member will also collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure that the course content meets the academic standards and requirements.

Qualifications

• Teaching, Curriculum Development, and Online Instruction skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in preparing students for competitive exams, such as Norcet, Staff Nurse, Semester exams, CHO, RRB Nursing officers etc.
• Expertise in subjects like MSN, OBG, CHN, Psychiatry etc
• Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in the education or edtech industry is a plus
