Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic faculty member to teach MBA courses on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will bring both academic knowledge and industry expertise to deliver high- quality learning experiences to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and tutorials in assigned MBA subjects.
Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools aligned with the program curriculum.
Guide students on case studies, projects, and research work.
Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on student performance.
Stay updated with industry trends to integrate practical insights into teaching.
Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and student mentoring as required.

Qualifications Skills Required:

Master s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent; Ph.D. preferred.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in relevant domains (management, finance, marketing, HR, operations, etc.).
Prior teaching experience at a graduate/postgraduate level preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
