Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Faculty role located at New Delhi Institute of Management, Delhi, India. The Faculty member will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, engaging in research activities, mentoring students, participating in faculty meetings, and contributing to the development of academic programs. PhD or UGC NET is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching abilities in business administration or related fields
• Proven research skills and experience in academic publishing
• Excellent mentorship and academic advising skills
• Ability to participate in the development and evaluation of academic programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional methods
• A relevant advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in educational administration or leadership roles is a plus
