Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager at Terratech Group in Gujarat. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining safety standards within the factory. Qualifications Experience in factory management or a related field Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of production processes and quality control Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills Understanding of safety regulations and compliance Joining Required - Immediate to 30 days Qualification Required - BE chemical, B.Sc. /M.Sc. Dip. Chemicals. Total Experience required - 15 to 20 years with chemical mfg co. should work in Chlorination for at least 4-6 years Salary up to - CTC Rs. 15 to 18 L PA Reporting to: Technical Directors / Directors. Job Description: Planning of raw materials & dispatch daily as per vendor requirement. Control process parameters through the shift in charge and plant operators/supervisors as per instruction and SOP. Monitoring daily yield and quality. Collect the process data and try to improve the yield by R & D. Organise the manpower and coordinate with the concerned department. Data collection and maintenance of the documentation are as per ISO. Monitoring of lab analysis on a daily basis. To check and sign on the plant log sheet, checklist, work permit, vessel entry etc. Day-to-day reporting to all concerned departments. Preparation of new document records and implementation and modification of existing records. Any other work allotted by senior management. To achieve production targets with care about safety and an eco-friendly environment. To solve our process of troubleshooting. Solve the plant maintenance problems. Day-to-day reporting to Directors Technical. Should know all process parameters and controls of MCA & derivatives Product. Should be able to take charge of an individual of MCA and derivatives Plant as plant head. Should have good communication and handling of plant cum team. You will be responsible for all legal compliances and related matters of the Company. Any other task/responsibility allotted by senior management.
