Factory Manager

As a Factory Manager at Chattels Design, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all production activities within the interior design manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include planning and managing daily factory operations, supervising different departments, coordinating with design and project teams, monitoring resource utilization, enforcing quality standards, and leading, training, and motivating production teams to achieve performance goals. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage daily factory operations to meet production targets and deadlines. - Supervise all departments (carpentry, upholstery, metalwork, finishing) to ensure quality and efficiency. - Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to align production with project requirements. - Monitor resource utilization, inventory, and machinery maintenance. - Enforce health, safety, and quality standards in all production processes. - Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve performance goals.
