Factory Controller

As a Finance Business Partner at the company, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the HUB Product Line Controller and factory leadership team to shape and execute the company's strategic vision. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a primary business partner to senior management, providing proactive financial analysis, strategic planning, and performance management guidance. - Influence key decisions on investments, capital allocation, and new business initiatives. - Oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) by managing the budget, tracking project costs, ensuring financial governance, and providing analysis for strategic investment decisions. - Lead complex, organization-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. - Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial dashboards for business leaders. - Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting, and tools. - Serve as a guardian of the company's financial discipline by implementing robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Required: - Qualified Chartered Accountant or a related field along with a bachelor's or master's degree in commerce. - 12+ years of experience in business, finance, operational controlling, and accounting in the manufacturing industry. - Strong financial management, analytical, and operational controlling skills. - Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Solid SAP knowledge/experience is preferred.
