Factory Controller

As an experienced Factory Controller in the finance area, your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing accounting records to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to Standards, Chart of Accounts, and Company policy. - Providing active support, insight, and direction to Operational Management regarding financial matters, accounting positions, and company guidelines. - Preparing MIS reports, participating in Bottom-up Business planning/Budgeting, and Forecasting. - Handling Product costing tasks such as calculating Surcharge and Overheads rates. - Analyzing manufacturing costs and related trends. - Evaluating KPIs of the factory and offering accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes. - Conducting Monthly Variance Analysis and reporting actual Vs. plan or forecast numbers to local management. - Reviewing and managing department overheads, tracking project investments through WBS. - Identifying cost-saving ideas and areas of cost-effectiveness through productivity improvement. - Monitoring Product cost and driving Profitability review of the plant by engaging multiple stakeholders. - Engaging with stakeholders for non-routine or ad-hoc requirements, conducting business case evaluations, and providing insights to business. Qualifications required for this role: - Education: CA/CWA (Qualified) with 3-5 years of work experience in Factory controlling/plant finance area. Required Skills: - Experience in Factory Controlling including Product costing, Business planning/forecast, Variance Analysis, and CAPEX management. Preferred Skills: - Specific knowledge in Core Cost Accounting, SAP FICO, and MS Office.,
