Factory Controller

You will be responsible for reviewing accounting records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Standards, Chart of Accounts, and Company policies. Additionally, you will provide active support, insights, and guidance to Operational Management on financial matters, including accounting positions and company guidelines. Your role will involve preparing MIS reports, participating in Bottom-up Business planning and Budgeting, as well as experience in Product costing like calculating Surcharge and Overheads rates. Furthermore, you will be required to review and analyze manufacturing costs and related trends, analyze KPIs of the factory, and offer accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes. You will also conduct Monthly Variance Analysis and report actual versus planned or forecasted numbers to local management, review and manage department overheads, and track project investments through Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Identifying cost-saving opportunities and areas for cost-effectiveness through productivity improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will track Product costs, lead Profitability reviews of the plant by engaging multiple stakeholders, and collaborate with stakeholders for non-routine or ad-hoc requirements, business case evaluations, and providing business insights. Qualifications: Education: CA/CWA (Qualified) with 3-5 years of work experience in Factory controlling/plant finance area. Required Skills: Experience in Factory Controlling, Product costing, Business planning/forecasting, Variance Analysis, and CAPEX management. Preferred Skills: Specific knowledge in Core Cost Accounting, SAP FICO, and MS Office.,
