BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Private Limited | Full time | CRM Support Specialist Bangalore Your responsibilities Support customer service processes in the SAP CRM. Monitor and solve system issues with stakeholders. Provide support for SAP CRM modules. Work with technical teams to improve systems and resolve issues. Share knowledge and best practices with teams. Train team members on critical systems and processes. Work on cross-functional projects and ensure tasks are completed on time. Help with system upgrades and migrations. Your profile Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in SAP CRM system support Experience in customer service operations and process improvement.
