CRM Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Support Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize our CRM system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing user support, resolving technical issues, managing data accuracy, and ensuring smooth daily operation of the CRM platform across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for CRM-related queries, issues, and troubleshooting.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the CRM system.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all CRM modules.
• Generate, analyze, and share CRM-based reports with management teams.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve CRM utilization.
• Identify system improvement opportunities and coordinate with the IT team or vendor for updates.
• Conduct CRM training sessions for new users and provide refresher sessions when required.
• Document CRM processes, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all CRM-related data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM management or technical support roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
