Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our full club. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience having more responsibilities related to our club. Key Responsibilities: · Welcome and acknowledge all guests with warmth and professionalism as per Orai Club standards. · Subscription responsibilities will be there. · Provide guests with accurate information about property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local attractions or activities. · Respond to guest calls, requests, or concerns, and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt resolution. · Ensure follow-up with guests to verify satisfaction and resolution of any issues. · Record and relay messages clearly, accurately, and legibly. · Address special guest requests and communicate VIP arrivals to appropriate teams for proper escort and amenity delivery. · Maintain guest confidentiality and protect company assets at all times. · Monitor and report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the manager immediately. · Maintain a clean, professional appearance in line with Orai Club’s grooming standards. · Follow all club policies and procedures consistently. · Speak and interact professionally with guests and colleagues; answer phones using proper etiquette. · Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members. · Support the team in achieving shared goals and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards. · Recommend and contribute to process improvements, new ideas, or technologies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. · Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift objects as needed. · Perform other duties as assigned by Club Management. Qualifications & required skills: · Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. · Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Facility or customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or club setting. · Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Facility management software. · Excellent communication and organizational skills. · Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
