- Negotiatescontractswithvendorsandclientstoensurethemostcost effectivemeansofreaching the customer’s needs.
- Approvesplansandbudgetsforeachprojectandmakesanyadjustmentsneededinconsultationwiththe client and the COO and Unit Head Director.
