Job Summary: The OP Billing Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing of outpatient services, maintaining patient accounts, handling cash/online transactions, verifying insurance details, and supporting smooth financial operations of the hospital’s OP billing section. Key Responsibilities: Generate and issue bills for outpatient consultations, diagnostic tests & procedures. Collect payments (cash, card, UPI, online, insurance co-payments) and issue receipts. Verify patient details, doctor consultation charges, and service codes before billing. Ensure correct application of discounts, packages, or insurance policies as per hospital guidelines.
