Facility Manager

We are looking for Facility Manager for our residential project located in Jalandhar, Punjab. Only Male Candidate can apply. Min 5 Years Experience in any reputed residential or Commercial project. Familiar with Gate Software like My Gate, Gate wise etc. A Facility Manager for a residential real estate project is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, safety, and maintenance of buildings and grounds, while also supporting resident satisfaction and business goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily building operations, maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems. Conduct regular facility inspections and schedule preventive maintenance tasks. Manage property repairs, upgrades, and renovations to maintain optimal living conditions. Coordinate and monitor vendors for cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management, and specialized maintenance. Enforce health and safety protocols, conduct safety audits, and develop emergency preparedness plans. Ensure compliance with local and national regulations regarding building management, occupancy codes, safety, and environmental standards. Plan and optimize space usage to maximize resident comfort and operational efficiency. Handle budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting for facility operations and projects. Implement sustainable practices for energy and resource conservation, waste reduction, and green building initiatives. Oversee resident move-ins/outs, respond to maintenance requests, and monitor amenity operations to ensure high service standards. Skills & Qualifications Experience with facilities management (typically 3-5 years preferred), especially in residential or commercial real estate. Strong knowledge of building systems, property maintenance, and vendor management. Familiarity with local safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to respond to emergencies, supervise staff and vendors, and maintain positive resident relationships. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to perform tasks such as walking, standing, climbing, lifting, bending, and handling tools and equipment. Willingness to work on-call for emergencies, and flexibility with work schedules to address urgent issues.
