About the Role

Facility Manager-F&B

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple client sites within the city
• Monitor and uphold food & beverage service delivery standards
• Coordinate efficiently with vendors, kitchen teams, and logistics partners
• Handle client interactions, feedback, and resolve service-related issues promptly
• Supervise on-ground staff and ensure adherence to SOPs
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee operational checklists
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and setup for new clients
• Collaborate with central operations and quality assurance teams to enhance service levels
• Generate and analyze operational reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and quality control standards across all touchpoints



Key Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration
• 2–5 years of experience in F&B operations, client servicing, or similar roles in hospitality
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong team management and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other operations management tools
• Flexibility to work on weekends and rotational shifts if needed
• Familiarity with Bangalore’s geography and vendor network is a plus
