Were Hiring: Facility Executive Soft Services

Location:

Experience: 47 years

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (preferred)

We are looking for a Facility Executive Soft Services to manage housekeeping, cleaning operations, and ensure high standards of hygiene and client satisfaction at the site.

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise housekeeping staff, cleaners, and pantry attendants.

Ensure daily site cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all areas.

Monitor and manage cleaning schedules, checklists, and duty rosters.

Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, equipment, and uniforms.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Coordinate with vendors for pest control, deep cleaning, and consumables.

Handle client queries, resolve issues, and ensure service excellence.

Conduct regular site inspections and share reports with the management.

Train staff on grooming, SOPs, and service protocols.

Drive service quality improvements and ensure operational discipline.
