Responsibilities Office Assistant (Housekeeping & Facility Support) Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene across the entire office premises. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including wash basins, toilets, mirrors, and floors. Keep the kitchen area clean by washing utensils, cleaning the gas stove, platform, sink, oven, water filter, refrigerator, tables, chairs, and drawers. Perform regular dusting and ensure proper disposal and cleaning of dustbins. Clean and organize the reception area, including the mandir, sofa, desk, chairs, and telephone. Maintain cleanliness in the work area by dusting desks, monitors, keyboards, telephones, soft boards, and glass surfaces. Clean and arrange office chairs and ensure workstation areas are tidy. Perform floor cleaning and mopping in all designated zones including bathrooms, kitchen, reception, and work areas. Clean the server room following proper guidelines and safety instructions. Support the office by ensuring all workspaces remain organized, hygienic, and presentable.
