Job Summary: We are in search of a seasoned Customer Support Executive experienced in outbound sales within the U.S. market. The role involves not just customer service but primarily focuses on sales activities. Performance-based incentives are a significant part of the compensation structure. Responsibilities: Outbound Sales: Conduct outbound calls targeting potential customers, focusing on sales targets in the U.S. market. Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving queries and addressing issues effectively. Opportunity Conversion: Turn lost opportunities into leads by reconnecting and offering alternative solutions. Referral Sales: Encourage and facilitate sales through customer referrals, offering incentives to customers who bring in additional business. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other internal departments to optimize the customer experience. Performance Metrics: Maintain high levels of performance, meeting or exceeding set metrics. Shift Management: Willingness to work in rotating shifts covering the US/UK/Australia time zones. Requirements: Fluent in English (English Medium Primary Education preferred). Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a U.S. outbound sales process is mandatory. Freshers with excellence in English can also apply. Skills: Communication: Excellent soft language skills, having undergone Voice and Accent Neutralization (VNA) training. Sales Qualities: Candidate must be persuasive yet unobtrusive, able to engage customers with a balance of assertiveness and tact. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Excel and prior experience working with a CRM are essential. Shift Flexibility: Ability to work in rotating shifts for the US/UK/Australia markets.
