Key Responsibilities: Clean, maintain, and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and assigned hotel areas as per hotel standards. Ensure timely and efficient service delivery, maintaining the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness. Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all rooms are well-stocked and guest-ready. Assist with laundry services and handle guest belongings with care. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Ensure proper housekeeping procedures, equipment handling, and chemical usage. Make a positive impression on guests with courteous, timely, and professional service. Follow hotel SOPs and safety guidelines at all times. Candidate Requirements: 2-3 years of hands-on housekeeping experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury property. Knowledge of cleaning standards, room setups, and hospitality service etiquette. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Pleasant personality and customer-service-focused attitude.
