Site SPOC for all Facilities related activities

Ensure upkeep of facility to JLL Corporate standards.

Follow all protocols & process as per Client & JLL

Manage Facility operations of the site smoothly ensuring all Safety measures as per daily, weekly, monthly service schedules of all facility services at site.

Daily walk of facility and ensure cleanliness and take corrective action of any issue identified taken proactively.

Coordination with site head / site admin & provide required support

Vendor management for timely supplies, follow up for submission of Invoices

Timely action & completion of all Workplace Central Workorder Requests

Coordination with Landlord team on Building Maintenance, Utility Bills etc.

Ensure all Meeting Rooms are kept tidy at all times

Incident Reporting

Coordination & functional support to other BU on facilities related works

Maintain proper Inventory & order/refill of all site consumables including Drinking water, Coffee/ Tea as & when required with appropriate storage of all materials.

Checking and signing of all checklists.

Monthly indent to vendor

Plan and manage the site budget efficiently

Prepare & submit monthly reports to Regional Manager

Handling and maintaining of cubicle allocation, coordination with Space Planner.

Maintaining checklist & Attendance registers.

Briefing to housekeeping/janitorial team on cleaning task, grooming, chemical usage instructions & Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs)

Tracking of Pest control services.

Manage & support any Event arrangements at the facility

Ensure Deep cleaning activities every weekend.

Check & process all Invoices & payments to accuracy with proper data tracking.

Coordination / support with co-site FM teams

Any other facility related support such as landscape, labelling, packing etc.

Continuous improvement & Cost saving initiatives
