We are looking for a Facility Executive who ensures smooth operation and maintenance of residential site facilities, managing staff, vendors, and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Facility Maintenance: Oversee daily operations, resolve issues, and implement preventive maintenance.
2. Staff Management: Supervise maintenance staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
3. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, ensure contractual compliance.
4. Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety standards, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.
5. Resident Support: Address resident queries, resolve issues promptly.
6. Inventory Management: Manage maintenance supplies and equipment.
7. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records, prepare reports on facility performance.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience required.
2. Candidate must have done graduation
3. Must have real estate industry experience.
4. Good communication skills required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
