Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Security, Safety, Compliance, Facilities, and Attendance to oversee and manage all aspects of our organizations security, safety, compliance, facilities, and attendance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards, and managing facilities and attendance to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Develop and implement security protocols and procedures, including the installation and maintenance of security systems and procedures to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and assets.

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures, including identifying and mitigating safety hazards and implementing safety training programs for employees.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental regulations.

Manage facilities maintenance and operations, including managing repairs, maintenance schedules, and renovations as needed.

Develop and implement attendance policies and procedures, including time and attendance tracking systems and reporting.

Manage and oversee the work of maintenance staff, security staff, and attendance staff as necessary.

Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance security, safety, compliance, facilities, and attendance operations.

Develop and manage budgets for security, safety, compliance, facilities, and attendance departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, safety management, compliance management, facilities management, or attendance management.

Knowledge of building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental regulations.

Experience managing a team of employees.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
