Hiring Facility Manager with good knowledge and experience in managing residential societies. a. Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and management of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure within Residential Society. b. Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with maintenance staff or external vendors c. Managing day-to-day operations of facilities, including security, cleaning, waste management, and utilities d. Identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating contracts, and optimizing facility-related expenses e. Selecting, contracting, and managing vendors and service providers for facility-related services, such as maintenance, cleaning, security, or landscaping f. Ticket Management and proper closures within TAT Salary not a constraint for the right candidate
Manage and supervise all facility-related activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG, Fire Alarm, UPS & general maintenance. Timely repairs & preventive maintenance schedules are followed. Minimum downtime of critical equipment & services. Required Candidate profile Candidates with good Technical knowledge and work experience in large residential societies would be considered. Should be pro-active with good people management skill sets.
