As a Shift Supervisor O&M at Wrtsil, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with the customer team for all shift-related activities during the tenure of the agreement, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and automation maintenance activities at the plant and/or assigned team. A valid C license (Supervisory) is mandatory, along with experience in working on gas engines. Experience with Wartsila Gas Engines, especially on 34SG, is desirable. Train contract staff for Apraava Energy safety rule & permit-to -work system and ensure that all permits /isolations are carried out in accordance with laid down procedure only. Prepare Emergency crisis plan and provide training to all staff members enabling them to counter any emergency /crisis situations. Ensure the team understand and adhere to MCPs & SOPs. Inventory Management Review of inventory at regular interval. Ensure O&M Spares as per CEA guidelines are available at respective stores.
