What You'll Do:
⚙️ Maintain ACs, DG sets, RO systems, UPS, CCTVs & fire safety systems
💡 Oversee classroom infra — smart boards, seating, lighting, IT assets
🛠️ Implement preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
🚨 Ensure compliance with safety SOPs & emergency protocols
🧹 Manage third-party vendors — housekeeping, security, etc.
📊 Track diesel, electricity, HVAC usage & optimize for cost
📦 Handle stock, procurement & asset tagging
📁 Maintain documentation, reports & compliance records
🤝 Collaborate with regional admin teams for smooth operations
🎓 Qualification: BTech / Diploma in Electrical or Facility Management preferred
