Job opening in MNC Company

About the Role

Facility manager (Technical) position available in Noida.

Responsibilities

Handling utility maintenance, such as HVAC, DG Set, Chillers, Transformer, UPS, etc.
Managing day to day operations of floor maintenance at site including utility maintenance, Soft services, housekeeping management, vendor management, AMC, budgeting, etc

Required Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical

Required Experience

Applicants should have a minimum 12 years of experience in Facility Management and currently should be working as site lead.

Pay range and compensation package

Budget: 9 - 11 LPA (Industry standard hike will be given based on experience and current salary.
