Facilities Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Facilities Coordinator. The Facilities Coordinator will manage daily operations of facilities, oversee property and equipment maintenance, and ensure safety compliance. Key responsibilities will include coordinating logistics, managing facility-related projects, collaborating with vendors, and handling budgetary tasks. Strong communication and customer service will be essential to address tenant or employee concerns effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) methods
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address personnel and vendor queries
• Experience in Budgeting and managing facility expenses
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain detailed records
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
