Facilities Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be working as a Studio Operations, Facilities Work Control Coordinator for a top media client in Miami, FL. Your main responsibility will be overseeing planned work activities across various East Coast Facility and Operations departments. You will analyze operations work planning, track work completion, and ensure customer satisfaction at multiple locations while considering financial impacts. Your role will involve managing operations planning and data and utilizing your excellent communication skills. Additionally, your technical expertise will be crucial in maintaining the quality and accuracy of data, processes, and designs to support better decision-making for the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of planned work activities for East Coast facilities sites - Operate the Facilities Operations & Engineering East Coast Service Center - Review work orders for data quality - Act as a key liaison with employees and clients - Utilize an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) to organize work plans spanning multiple sites - Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data - Develop resources and processes to meet schedules - Establish KPIs - Support Facilities Operations & Engineering with work management reporting - Manage tools for facility estimating programs - Take on additional duties to support department's growth as new opportunities arise Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Strong multitasking abilities - Background in property management - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English Additional Company Details: The position reports to the Facilities Work Control Senior Manager based in Universal City, CA.
