Description
- Working with Apple LOB, RE&D and their nominated internal/external vendors/partners
- Hands-on experience of comprehensive IFM Soft Services
- Input to in-GEO OPEX planning and budgets
- Handle RE&D commercial obligations like Vendor payments
- Drive consistency in RE&D site services and resources with 'bigger picture' overview
- Lead single to multiple, simple to complex Facility initiatives and programs
- Adherence to the use of established protocols, tools & processes strong compliance
- Participate alone, or in team, for facility strategy presentations to RE&D customers
- Follow-up with Apple customers on site services delivery tracking, issues/risks and results
- Ensure Vendors compliance with agreed SLA's and KPI's
- Development of IFM, tools, standards, policies, guidelines and processes related to India Facility Management standards
- Advising and driving improvement changes in RE&D Facility Management services
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Facility Management, Electrical, Industrial, Hotel industry preferred.
8+ years of facilities management experience with a demonstrated focus in delivering and/or maintaining outstanding workplaces. Experience in Contract negotiation and structuring

- Understanding of both large and small sites, Strong problem-solving and negotiations skills, Professional manner presentation, Self Starter, highly motivated to succeed and provide outstanding IFM services
- Passion for Facility Management and outstanding services and deliverables
- Person selected for this role will deliver to sites the overall strategy and policy around Facility Management services, in collaboration with peers.
- This will include Group Program Manager, Facility Officers, Group Facility Coordinator internal partners and nominated vendors/suppliers.
- Lead Soft Services delivery and development plus continuous improvement initiatives and programs. These decisions will be made with input from the employees manager, the RE&D leadership team and the virtual team of representatives from other regions.
- Contract negotiation and structuring experience, Experience with leading complex Change Management situations considered an advantage
- Passionate about Customer Services and end-user experience
- Ability to travel throughout India & International markets on need basis Selected employee must be willing to participate in calls with members of our global RE&D team taking into account arrange of time zone requirements. As a result the job will require participating in a number of regularly scheduled calls that will take place late at night or early in the morning.
