Fashion Assistant (Retail Store)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Sales

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and styling suggestions.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable outfits and accessories.
• Provide size assistance, product information, and styling tips to enhance customer experience.
• Support in achieving individual and store sales targets by driving conversions.

Store Operations

• Maintain product displays, replenish stock, and ensure merchandise is neatly arranged.
• Assist with tagging, folding, steaming, and preparing products for display.
• Support in executing promotional displays and seasonal visual merchandising changes.
• Ensure fitting rooms are well-maintained, clean, and stocked.

Inventory Management

• Assist with stock receives, physical inventory counts, and daily replenishment.
• Monitor stock levels on the shop floor and communicate shortages to the store team.

Brand Store Standards

• Uphold brand guidelines and ensure the store ambiance is always appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the sales floor and backroom areas.
• Follow all company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.

Customer Experience Feedback

• Assist in managing customer queries and concerns professionally.
• Share customer feedback and trends with the Store Manager to improve store performance.

Required Skills Qualifications

• 12th pass/Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in retail/fashion is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong interest in fashion, styling, and current trends.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, customer-focused, and a team player.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts as per store requirement.
• Week-off on rotational basis.
