Field Cluster Head

at NoBroker is responsible for managing multiple field sales teams across zones within a city/region, driving on-ground closures, property supply activation, customer visits, and revenue targets. This role is highly execution-driven and requires strong field leadership, discipline, and operational control.

Reporting To: City Head / Regional Business Head

Teams Managed: Area Managers, Field Team Leads, Relationship Managers, Field Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Closures (Primary Focus)

Own field revenue targets for the assigned cluster

Drive property onboarding, site visits, deal closures

Ensure subscription sales and renewals

Improve visit-to-closure conversion

2. Field Team Leadership

Manage and mentor Area Managers & Team Leads

Ensure daily field discipline (check-ins, visit plans, follow-ups)

Conduct joint field visits for coaching and closure support

Hire and ramp up new field resources quickly

3. Operations & Execution

Ensure daily visit plans are executed

Reduce no-shows and visit drop-offs

Monitor CRM hygiene, lead updates, and follow-up timelines

Control cost per closure and productivity per executive

4. Process & Compliance

Enforce NoBroker SOPs on the ground

Ensure proper documentation and compliance

Maintain ethical sales practices and brand image

5. Customer Experience & Escalations

Handle high-value field escalations

Ensure timely resolution of owner/tenant issues

Maintain high NPS and service quality

6. Market Intelligence

Track local competition, pricing, supply gaps

Share feedback with product & central teams

Adapt sales approach based on micro-market behavior

Key Skills Required

Strong field sales leadership

Real estate / B2C field sales experience

Data + execution mindset

High stamina, problem-solving, escalation handling
