Candidate should be resident or ready to relocate either Palghar or Boisar / Virar (Mumbai)
Should know regulated market CMO
Knowledge of dosage forms like OSD, Semisolids, Liquids, parentals
Quality- Should know to deliver products with all quality standards.
SAP-Material Planning (RM/PM); Inventory control. Supply Planning-finished goods replenishment, production planning.
Technology/Product transfer- Knowledge of process, risk associated & risk mitigation in product transfers
QMS- Change control, BOM updating, Investigation
Compliance- Basic awareness of GMP and risk associated with product quality
Monitoring strategies for plant production efficiency like yield Loss, process time, batch size optimization & others.
Tracking of Demand Vs Commit Vs Actual| Sales tracking
Knowledge /Experience of handling multiple Plant operations
Result oriented coordination between Internal team and LL/TP sites for production schedule, artwork changes, inventory control, Quality & regulatory requirements.
