The job responsibilities for this role include planning and organizing export strategies and activities in alignment with the overall goals of the organization. You will be required to stay informed about international trade laws and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times. Coordinating with customs agents for the clearance of goods, monitoring customs duties and taxes, and resolving any issues or disputes related to export activities are essential aspects of this position. It will also be your responsibility to document and maintain records of all export transactions accurately in company databases. Developing and nurturing relationships with shipping companies and customs officials, as well as training team members on effective export processes and compliance regulations, will be crucial to the success of this role. Managing export logistics and operations to guarantee timely delivery is also part of the job description. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with at least 7-8 years of experience, particularly in heavy industry.
