Exports Manager

As a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the Auto Component industry and holding a B.E degree, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our leading Auto Component Company. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving revenue, pricing, profitability, new product sales, and new customer acquisition targets. You will also be responsible for managing account receivables/collections and implementing price increases effectively. In this role, you will act as the primary interface between the company and customers as well as industry bodies, ensuring a strong and positive brand presence. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you manage a team of sales professionals and drive the sales process implementation to elevate the sales function to a world-class level. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to align strategies and meet company objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in developing product and portfolio strategies in coordination with Marketing and Senior Leadership. Being technically savvy is essential in understanding customer requirements and providing tailored solutions that leverage internal strengths and capabilities to secure business opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing competitive intelligence to the Marketing team to enhance overall marketing functions.
