Job Description

Key Requirements:

  • Young, energetic, and self-motivated professional with

    57 years of experience

    , preferably in

    Plastic Processing Machinery Manufacturing

    .
  • Proven experience in Export Sales

    is

    mandatory

    .
  • Willingness to travel extensively –

    minimum 100 to 125 international travel days per year

    (Asia Pacific, Africa, Gulf, etc.) and additional domestic travel as required.
  • Hands-on experience in

    After-Sales Service

    and customer support.
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills for managing international customers.
  • Ability to read and interpret

    electrical wiring diagrams

    .

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the

    single point of contact

    for receiving, registering, and resolving

    export service complaints

    .
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates on all service activities until closure.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the

    Marketing Team

    for service coordination.
  • Drive achievement of

    spares and service revenue targets

    in assigned territories.
  • Provide

    technical feedback

    to the Design and Production teams during monthly review meetings.
  • Stay updated with the

    latest product changes, enhancements, and technological updates

    .
  • Undertake

    international travel

    for service interventions, client visits, and business development meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction.
