Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the in-house technical expert for products such as
Granulators, Conveyors
, and
System Solutions
for
Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, and Extrusion
applications.
Provide
technical support
to the sales team by preparing presentations, technical documents, and answering complex customer queries.
Collaborate directly with customers to
understand application requirements
, assess feasibility, and define suitable product or system solutions.
Conduct trials
at the company shop floor or customer sites to test new materials, processes, and equipment capabilities.
Analyze product performance
at customer sites to identify and resolve issues, minimize scrap, and improve productivity.
Stay updated with
latest technological developments and industry trends
in plastics processing and automation systems.
Supervise, mentor, and guide
a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring high-quality support and professional growth.
