Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Export Sales role located in Pune. The Export Sales professional will engage in identifying international market opportunities, building a network of global clients, and managing export sales activities. The individual will oversee market research, negotiate contracts, process export documentation, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients while achieving sales targets and expanding Tirupur Hub’s presence in international markets.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, for effective client interactions and negotiations
  • Proven expertise in Market Research and the ability to identify new international business opportunities
  • Experience in Export and International Sales with knowledge of trade regulations and documentation
  • Demonstrated skills in Sales, particularly within the textile or garment industry, with a focus on meeting sales goals and client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in building client relationships, networking, and understanding global market trends is an added advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment


Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in an export sales role
  • Proven track record of developing international markets and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing contracts with international clients. Familiarity with the certification process and standards, both locally and internationally.
