Primary Responsibility is to do sales in export market for Shantis brand, Private level and bulk business. Find the prospect lead and convert into prospect and also completed all the necessary work related to export.
Good Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill, Basic Computer , Organizational Skill, English Communication MUST, Selling skill, Convincing Skill, food technical knowledge, Export Document knowledge, Problem Solving skill of legal process, Mail writing skill, Good foriegn trade knowledge and policy, foreign exchange rates, Knowledge of CRM tools
Lead Generation through online Platform, Exhibition and any other portle.
2. Mail Communication, Proposal sharing, Production description to client
3. Video calling or Telephonic communication with client and convert into prospect
4. Do the sales order Processing- Quotation, Export Document and other necessary wok to handle.Sample sending
5. Certification work
6. Meet or exceed export sales revenue target.
7. Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods
8. Coordination with client requirement on design work and Designer assitant
9. If required customised product then coordinate with R&D and client
Trading Items
10.Take feedback and follow up continuesly
11. Payment follow up with proper document

2. Shipping Charge and follow up with shipping agent.
3. Understand the rules and regulation about different countries.
4. Coordinate with vender for manufacturing Date and expire, Other required Document and any changes
Achieve Monthly sales Target
2. Reputative sales order (Incentives as per sales target to be achieved and Yearly Bonus)
