Role Overview:

Export Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic export sales plans to achieve business growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and onboard new international clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and delivery schedules, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment of international orders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of export documentation and adherence to all international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and report on export sales performance, providing insights and forecasts to senior management.
  • Represent the company at global trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and build new partnerships.
  • Stay current with international trade laws, logistics trends, and developments in the global yarn and textile markets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Textile Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 56 years of proven experience in export sales within the yarn or textile industry.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and export documentation requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed export sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Proficiency in one or more foreign languages will be considered a strong advantage.
