Quality check Supervisor

The primary responsibility of quality incharge department is to check packing material quality and Raw material in day to day basis. Check the Finish Goods Parameters Process and maintain the hygiene level in the factory.

FMCG filed knowledge, Awareness about lab parameter and its work, Documentation skill.

1. work as per standard of ISO, FSSC, HACCP, HALAL, KOSHER, APEDA certificate rules and parameter.

2. Develop in products Details, Products Specifications,

3.FG External Laboratory Testing- Micro, Chemical, Nutritional as per FSSAI Scheduling & On the demand of specific customer requirement,

4. Prepare COA document

5. Verification of Production Activities,

6. Food Safety, Quality Assurance, FSTL,

7. follow Process Flow Chart,

8. Equipment Calibrations,

9. Medical for Food Handlers,

10. External Water Testing, External Swab Testing,

11. PRP, OPRP CCP, HACCP,

12. Providing CAPA, RCA Verification, Declaration as per customers need & our standards, (Pest Control- Pest Trend Report, Contract, Operator Training Record),

13. Material Safety Data Sheet

Salary upto 14000 per month for shapar location
