Export Sales Executive

• We are looking for ambitious Export Sales Executives to support international sales operations.
• This role involves coordinating with overseas clients, understanding export documentation, and contributing to international market development.
• Freshers and professionals up to 3 years of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct international market research and identify potential global buyers.
• Maintain communication with overseas clients through email, calls, and virtual meetings.
• Assist in preparing export documentation, quotations, and commercial invoices.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for order processing, shipping, and tracking.
• Handle client queries and provide timely support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers.
• Participate in trade exhibitions and export-related promotional activities.
• Maintain detailed reports of export orders, leads, and sales performance.
• Support senior export team members in market expansion initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; knowledge of international trade preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of export processes, documentation, and Incoterms.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to adapt to different cultural communication styles.
