Export Sales Executive

As a Market Research & Data Collection Assistant, you will be responsible for collecting and maintaining data of potential buyers and suppliers. Additionally, you will prepare reports on market demand, competitor activity, and agro-based export opportunities. Your role will also involve providing Marketing Support by assisting in preparing company brochures, presentations, and product catalogs. You will manage postings on B2B portals such as IndiaMART and TradeIndia, and draft and follow up on email communications with leads as per instructions. In terms of Sales Support, you will assist in preparing quotations and invoices under supervision. You will maintain detailed records of leads, communications, and follow-ups, as well as schedule and coordinate meetings with buyers/suppliers. Furthermore, you will provide Documentation Support (Non-Financial) by helping in drafting shipping/contract documents as per instructions and maintaining proper filing of physical and digital records. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduation in Business/Commerce/Science is preferred. - Proficiency in English communication and computer skills (MS Excel, Email, Internet Research). - Basic understanding of trade/export processes; training will be provided. - Willingness to learn and adapt in the agro-based export sector.
