Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets through research, online platforms, and trade inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Prepare and share quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close export sales deals.
  • Coordinate with logistics, CHA, and shipping lines for smooth and timely execution of export orders.
  • Manage export documentation (invoices, packing list, LC, shipping documents).
  • Track shipments and update clients regarding order status.
  • Achieve international business development targets and contribute to global growth.
  • Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual meetings to promote products worldwide.
  • Maintain sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.



Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Basic knowledge of international trade, export documentation, and INCOTERMS.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
  • Ability to research and connect with potential clients globally.
